Students of SGA funded clubs and organizations are permitted to use SSI vans and may travel within a 50 mile radius of West Chester University.   

• Complete and return the Vehicle Information and Approval Form to the Business Office three business days prior to each individual trip. This form requires the signature of the student driver and advisor from the club/organization.  The student driver of the van must have at least three years of driving experience and also submit a copy of their drivers license to the Business Office in order to perform the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.  At this time, the student driver will be issued the SSI Vehicle Use Agreement Terms and Conditions. 
   

• Complete and return the SSI Vehicle Check Out Form and van key after the trip has been completed.  The club/organization will then be charged for the mileage.
